Overview

A desktop point of sale running in 10+ outlets across India and the US, built so cashiers can take an order fast, even when the connection drops.

The client

Rderly is a restaurant group based mainly in India, with outlets in the US.

They wanted an app that was modern and minimal yet easy to use, so cashiers could move through it quickly. I designed it in Figma and built it with React and Electron.

What I built
  • AppElectron desktop app with a React and Tailwind UI, designed in Figma
  • AuthStaff sign‑in and customer details screens
  • OrdersStore and order‑type selection, then table and order management
  • MenuCategory grid, item cards, spice levels and add‑ons
  • CheckoutOrder ticket with vouchers, receipts, payment and send to kitchen
  • OfflineOffline mode, so orders keep going when the connection drops

Let’s talk.

Need someone to own a feature from the database to the UI? I’m open to new roles and collaborations.
